MINIATURE FILTER UNITS:
These are small application oriented filter units, especially designed for precious metal plating operations. Table top model with plate type filter stack, portable, mostly with magnetic drive, seal less, PP Chemical Pump powered by 1 or 3 phase motor
CONVENTIONAL DISC TYPE FILTER UNITS:
These are industrial type conventional Filtration unit comprising of either Centrifugal Pump seal type, in P.P. CPVC, UHMW, S.S. or Magnetic drive sealless P.P. Chemical pump driven by suitably rated electric motor. The filter chamber is of Perspex, P.P., P.V.C., CPVC, S.S. or M.S. lined with rubber or PVC/PPGL/FRP. The filter disc stack is of rubber or PP with filter cloth pads and papers. The whole unit is portable mounted on C.I. Wheels with tabular frame for easy portability and fitted with standard or accessories.

Gland Seal Assembly, Pressure Guage, Impeller, Perforated S.S. Mandril, Filter Stack, Rubber / PP Filter Pads, Filter Papers, Carbon Filter Paper, Hoses, Valves, Strainers etc.
PLATE FILTER PRESS:
For solid-liquid seperation dewatering hazardous wastes, sludges, reclamation of solids and recovery of chemicals solution. Recessed, gasketed PP plates with manual or air operated Hydraulic enclosure having models upto 50 cu. ft., plate sizes 355 x 355 mm to 1200 x 1200 mm. Used by Chemical Mfrs. and in Effluent Treatment Plant.
CARTRIDGE TYPE FILTER UNITS:

FOUR-IN-ONE SYSTEM:

PRE-FILTER CHAMBER:
(Bag, Carbon or Cartridge individually or in combination) : This is an on-line filtering device with or w/o pump set for flow upto 5000 lit/hr. upto 10 micron with replaceable filter bags, activated carbon or filtering cartridge. Must for contaminated plating solution or water containing excessive dissolved solids, thereby enhancing efficiency of filter / DM water plant.
CARTRIDGE FILTER ELEMENTS:
In sizes 5, 10, 20 & 40” in micron porosity of 25, 10, 5 & 1 made from Polypropylene fibre in spun cloth or yarn wound. Granular Activated Carbon filled Cartridge is also supplied either loose or with on-line housing. Disc type PP filter cloth media in woven or non-woven available open or stack form. Also P.P. or Polycarbonate moulded filter housings.
