POLISHING MACHINE:
Specially designed for single or two Motors fitted on spacious Formica top with Hood, Safety shield & Light fittings and a very compact dust collection system with efficient Blower and filter bags, for dust free clean atmosphere.
ULTRASONIC CLEANING MACHINES:
A thorough cleaning through high frequency of 30 Khz microscopic bubbles on dipped articles. Available in SS Body ranging from 0.5 lit. onwards in 12 models.
MINIATURE FILTER UNITS:
For in-take filtration of precious plating solution & carbon treatment in small output ranges. Available in 10, 5 and 1 micron porosit
RECTIFIERS:
Specially developed solid state, digital Rectifiers starting from ripple free filtered DC supply of 6V and 5 Amps onwards in single phase, CVCC with / without process timer and Ampere second / minute / hour counter.
PEN PLATING:
An integral touch up plating unit with DC Rectifier digital display and Anode tipped pen Lead wire cathode for instant and touch up multi metals. Touch up solution is available.
SINGLE METAL PLATING:
A complete set for single metal plating comprising of three-bath system for degreasing cleaning and plating from 1 to 3 Lts. bath tub or beakers provided with Rectifier, Heater, Controller, Anode/Cathode Fittings in attractive Cabinet. Tabletop model.
MULTI-METAL PLATING UNIT:
A floor mounted Console unit Comprising of multi stage plating set up like cleaning, Nickel / Copper (under coat) Silver, Gold, Rhodium (in multi-stations) and Rinsing, fitted with all the accessories including rectifier and process-wise filter unit. Bath 2 litters onwards as desired.
PRECIOUS METAL PLATING MODULE:
A novel production module in circular (or Rectangular) tank with built-in vertical cathode swing movement (speed adjustable) CVCC or Pulse Rectifier, Process Timer, Ampere Hr/Min/Sec counter, Anode / Cathode bus bar fittings, Filtration unit etc in desired bath capacity from 50 litres onwards.
ELECTROPHORETIC LACQUER PLANT:
The lacquer coating of Acrylic or Polyuraethane imparts clear transparent or dye coloured finishes on plated or polished surfaces to enrich the final finish and enhance the durability. A tailor-made plant is fabricated to suit customers requirement, from a tabletop model of 50 lits to floor mounting unit of 200 lit onwards bath capacity. tanks, ovens, special rectifier, micron filter, ultrafilter unit, chilling unit, DM water plant, controls & safety fittings in open or attractive console. Installation, commissioning and training provided.
