HULL CELL APPARATUS :

Hull Cell 267 ml in Perspex or PVC plain body; and with fittings like air agitation coil, air pump or reciprocating agitator, immersion heater, thermostatic control, polished brass and MS cathodes, wire and wireclips, special hull cell anodes hot water bath controls, 0-60 min. Timer, glass thermometer 1000C, DC rectifier for ripple free power supply 0-8V/0-5A or 0-12V/0-10 Amp., supplied as a kit or in loose parts. Optional : 1000ml Hull Cell, double chambered PVC Hull cell and other fittings as desired.

PLATERS TEST SET KIT :

This set in a briefcase or wall mounted cup board provides all the Apparatus and re-agents necessary for carrying out regular tests, to estimate the contents like metal, the free cyanide, chloride, boric acid or causticity etc. in various solution. Reagents, and methods of analysis are supplied with the sets. (While ordering, please specify the type of plating solution desired to be analysed and which are the items to be determined from such solution so as supply the kit accordingly).

STIRRER & EMULSIFIER :

MAGNETIC STIRRER:

These compact designed stirrers are for viscous liquid, having stainless steel top housing. Models 500 ml, 1lit & 2 lit capacity, stirring is by a teflon coated magnetic paddle placed in the contain, with or w/o heater, supply 230 v, single phase 50 Hz.

pH INDICATOR & TEST PAPERS:

pH Indicator Papers, in strips in Handy Packs or Rolls with matching colour scale, in narrow range & wide range & Buffer capsules for pH meter calibration in pH 4, 7 & 9.2. Specialised Test Papers like: Litmus Blue, Litmus Red, Congo Red, Phenolphthalin, Lead Acetate, Starch Iodide, Cobalt Chloride, etc.

SULPHATE ESTIMATION CENTRIFUGE:

The Sulphate estimation kit provides the quickest and simplest method for measuring sulphate in chrome solution by precipitation and control of the same with accurate results. The kit as illustrated, is complete with :* Motorised Centrifuge with speed motor 230 volts, single phase, 50 Hz, AC. ENVIRONMENT TEST CHAMBER:

Double walled, MS / SS, insulated fitted with refrigeration and evaporation, heater, air circulating fan, sealed compressor, a boiler with heater water level controller and control panel. Temperature range 0°C to 600°C. Humidity Controlled Ovens Same like Environment Test Chambers, but w/o refrigeration. Available in 170 and 285 lit volumes, having 2 and 3 trays working size 50 x 44 x 82 cm and 58 x 52 x 97 cm respectively Humidity range ambient to 95% ±3%

LABORATORY FUME CHAMBER :

The fume chamber is having double chambered M.S. glass reinforced PP with Asbestos liners, tiled surface, PP / PVC sink, PP drip cup, the sash of Safety Glass or Acrylic. Centrifugal exhaust fan with ductings. Sizes 750 x 650 x 1200 mm, 1500 x 950 x 1400 mm, 1500 x 950 x 1800 mm or tailor made sizes.

HOT PLATE :

In Round shapes 8, 9 or 12" Dia and Rectangular top of 10 x 16, 12 x 18 or 18" x 24" with suitably rated Heaters controlled by built-in Energy Regulator or Thermostatic Control or Digital Temperature controller

TDS METER :

Hand held Total Dissolved Solid Meters are in the range of 1999 or 9999 p.p.m.

ORP METER :

Oxidation Reduction Potential is for Testing the value of oxidation/reduction in industrial waste having range ± 999 mV.

ELECTROPLATING TIMER :

TIME SWITCH :

This Digital real time Clock in programmable Auto-mode with on-off limit setting, in panel or wall mounting having relay rating 20/5 AMP in 1/230/50Hz operation. This is also having 'Holiday' or 'Bypass' options.

REFRACTOMETER :

The hand held Brix Refractometer is commonly used for controlling the concentration of various industrial fluids (including Electrophoretic Lacquer) and also sugar related liquids.
