PLATING-ACCESSORIES
VAT ROD INSULATORS:
Rod Insulators or Insulating block made from chemically inert material to give perfect insulation between bus-bar and tank. Available in size 1/2",3/4",1" and higher.
BRASS ROD CONNECTORS:
Connectors made of Brass are available in single way and double ways. The dia of connectors will be ½", 3/4" & 1" or higher sizes. Also available clamps for strip conductors; cable and bus bar connections
ELECTRICAL CONDUCTORS & CONNECTIONS:
Aluminium & Copper Conductor strips/flats of desired current carrying capacity and copper & Brass Bus Bar Pipes, Rods & flats to suit the required current ratings.
AMMETER & VOLTMETER:
Anologue (moving coil) 1. Rectangular with round body. 2. Flush type round body. 3. Flush type square body. 4. Project type round body. Digital Meter: 3.5 or 4.5 x 0.5” red LED in 48 x 72 x 110, 48 x 96 x 110, 72 x 72 x 110 and 96 x 96 x110 mm sizes
EXTERNAL SHUNTS:
Ammeters above 20 Amps are to be used with External Shunts. The shunts are adjusted to standard drop of 75 mV or 60 mV. Available in any amperage, between 30 and 4000 or higher if required.
CHROFFLES:
Polypropylene chroffles (Float Balls) can cover solution in tank to act as insulating layer to save on heat loss and reduce the spray (mist) from the surface. Available in Solid Round of 25 & 40 mm dia, Pillow of 35 & 50 mm dia and small capsules of 8mm dia x 35mm length
THERMOMETER & HYDROMETER:
Glass thermometer Needle type 300 mm in mercury or red toluene filled up 0-1000°C range and Hydrometer of 300 mm having combined range of sp. gr. 1-2 and Beaume 0-70Be for determining the strength of any electrolyte.
DRUM PUMP:
Self priming chemical transfer pumps motorised in SS316, PP & PVDF tubes or hand operated in PP body. Also motorised and air operated stirrers.
MOULDED BUCKET / FABRICATED BASKET::
Heavy Duty Buckets are available in capacity: 10, 15 & 25 litres, with or w/o perforation for dipping and rinsing operations. Also available tailor-made PP/PVC baskets with or w/o perforation.
DIPPING BASKETS & TRAYS:
These fabricated Baskets and Trays are suitable for alkaline cleaning and acid dips. Made out of Stainless Steel/M.S./Titanium wire mesh or perforated sheets, in sizes from 6” x 5”ht. onwards, with fixed or collapsible handle. Rectangular trays are also available from 10” x 6” x 2” ht onwards with fixed handle, for multiple purpose utilities.
VAT MAGNETS:
Ferrous articles lying at the bottom of the tank can easily be removed by the vat magnet in 'U', round or horse shoe shaped, fitted with nylon cord or PVC coated M.S. or S.S. Pipe, to remove 3, 5 & 10 kgs articles from the tank.
TOWER PACKING/PALL RING:
PALL RINGS, 0.5 to 4”, RASCHIG 1 to 4”, INTALLOX SADDLES 1 to 3”, TELLERATES 1 to 2” etc.
POLISHING FINISHING MEDIA:
The general & special purpose media for Vibratory and Surface finishing in Barrels and Tumblers are used. Besides Deburring & Finishing, these products help corrosion prevention on the treated surface, thus preservation. The abrasive chips are of Ceramic, Plastic in most of the geometrical shapes and sizes from 3 mm to 25mm.

Temperature indicating thermometers, temperature controllers, thermocouples, thermowells, compensating cables etc.
PRESSURE GAUGES:
