HORIZONTAL CATHODE OSCILLATING UNIT:
In Cathode rod movement unit, the cathode rod (or sometimes the anode rod) slowly moves back and forth to 6”, 4” or 2” amplitude of strokes, over rollers fastened on the tank flanges. Unit can oscillate single or double Cathode powered by 0.125, 0.25, 0.5 or 1 h.p. motor, any fixed speed from 6 to 18 cycles. Miniature unit with 12 volts D.C. motor having variable speed and strokes and Vertical oscillations upto 2700 are also available.
DUST EXTRACTION UNIT:
A neat compact Dust Exhaust and Collector Unit is ideal for Polishing Motors. Separation of dust takes place in two stages, the heavy particles being deposited in the setting chamber, and finer dusts arrested by the filter bags. Capacity : 500 cfm, 1 h.p., 2 Nos. 4.5” dia Inlet, 8.5” x 6.5” Outlet, 60 sq. ft. filtration area. This unit can be supplied in various higher capacities on requirement and also available Cyclone type Dust Collectors.
KNIFE SWITCH:
A new concept in the Polarity Changeover Switch, replacing vertical plate, mounted manual unit. This Heavy duty, Double Pole Double Throw (DPDT) Knife Switch fixture is horizontal ranging upto 10000 Amps DC current, can be powered by 3 hp Motor through Geared Box, separate Control Panel working on Remote Control mode.
BOILER - cum - EVAPORATOR:
This custom fabricated special equipment is for multi-purpose utilities like Hot Water Curing System or Evaporation of Drag out, Process baths, Rinses to reduce Waste Water Volume. The concentrate is returned to the process or pumped out for disposal. Single or double chambered in MS, SS, (also in PVC or PP) with sources of gas, steam and electric heat, controllers and safety fittings. Additional fittings like transfer pump, combination of auto-fill and clean out systems, steam or hot water steam atomizing chamber, etc.
STEEL BARREL:
Heavy duty, custom built Barrels are in M.S., S.S., Monel and Inconel suitable for Hot Processes like Phosphating, Electro polishing, Blackening, etc. in round, hexagonal or square shapes, perforated, fixed or variable speed motor or low voltage motor with transformer either overhead or side drive, hanger arms with or without automatic pick ups.
SPOKE BARREL:
This ideally designed and custom fabricated PP Barrel is meant for Mini rod, Spokes, Umbrella ribs and other special applications, adjustable to size, speed regulated by DC motor and transformer, replaceable danglers. An unique unit, supplied in custom based requirement.
OIL SKIMMER:
This is an attachment to the overflow collection tank in cleaning system, in which oil contaminated cleaning solution is coming in contact with a rotating disc and scraper. This while in motion separates oil from the fluid surface to give double benefits namely, Cleaning solution is recycled which enhances the service life of cleaning bath and oil can be reused after filtration.
GRATINGS:
FRP Gratings in sizes of 2 M x 1 M x 25, 30 or 35 mm thickness in Grey, Green, Yellow and Natural Resin colours. They are Acid / Alkali resistant, cost effective, durable and maintenance free, used for floors, platforms, trench covers, stairs, walkways, etc. Immuned to constant chemical spills, splashes, fumes or gases also fire retardant, hence by all means outperforms Metal Gratings.
